RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in its original unused condition as when you received it, with all original tags and labels attached. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

To return or exchange an item, please email customer service at customer@himalayacrafthouse.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your full name and your order number as the subject title of the email. Explain the reasons of returns, provide the receipt number or proof of purchase, and include a photo of the product if necessary.

After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging with the RMA number, and mail your return to the instructed address.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be excluded from the refund amount.

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return, as we are not responsible for lost package during a return process.

The desired exchange item will only be sent after we have received the returned items.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item, and whether your refund has been approved.

If your refund has been approved, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS  

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Partial refund is granted when a product returned to us has indicates obvious signs of use, is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts not due to our error, or is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

If you desire the replacement of a product, keep in mind that most of our items are handmade and unique, and may not have a duplicate in stock for replacement. In which case, exchange and refund will be recommended.

Please Note

  • A 35% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
  • Photo proof is required for damage or defective product.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • We have the right to reject any unreasonable request for return and refund.
